Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the jewelry is secured to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
